Software Terms and Policies for Goopher

License Agreement:

Goopher grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Goopher in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Usage Restrictions:

The user shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. The user shall not sublicense, lease, sell, or distribute the software without explicit written consent from Goopher.

Intellectual Property:

The software and any accompanying documentation are the intellectual property of Goopher and are protected by copyright laws.

Support and Maintenance:

Goopher may provide support and maintenance services, subject to separate agreements and fees.

Warranty and Disclaimer:

The software is provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:

Goopher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Termination:

Goopher reserves the right to terminate the license if the user breaches any of the terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Goopher and the user and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
